And The Rain Rain Rain Came Down Down Down

Yeah, it's raining like a bastard here in New York. I decided this would be a good day to take off from doing anything too strenuous. I bummed around the Internet for a while, and finally got around to beating X-Men: Legends (the first one). Around sevenish, though, I started getting stir-crazy, so I grabbed my umbrella and trudged to a diner nearby, where I have a crush on one of the waitresses. Several furtive glances and one chicken pita sandwich later, I headed back into the rain and stopped at a bar down the street, partly to wait out the water and partly to jot some notes down. Did that over a Corona, watched some local Irish hooligans play pool, and caught the tail end of the Astros/Braves game on the telly. Just now got in, and it's bordering on cold as a witch's teat, thanks to my rommate's dumbass propensity for leaving the windows fully open regardless of the weather. Gonna have to close those.

Am currently noshing on oatmeal. I'll probably do a bit more 'Netting, maybe look at some porno, and then it's bedtime for Bonzo. I've got to buy groceries in this shit tomorrow.
