So I've been feeling pretty shitty today. Nothing special, just the usual neuroses making themselves known. Still, it's made it hard to get anything done.
Just now, though, I got a weird little boost. Somethign reminded me of that old joke: "A guy goes to see the doctor. He says, 'Doc, it hurts when I do this.' The doctor says, 'So don't do that.'"
If you envision the doctor as a therapist, that's actually sound medical advice.
