As some of you may know, November is National Novel Writing Month. The challenge, to young writers looking to prove themselves, is to write a complete novel in a month.
I'm going to be doing this.
I've got my idea (originally narrowed down from 3, and thanks to everyone who helped with that), and been doing research for most of the month to prepare. Tomorrow, I begin; I have most of the intro mapped out already. Of course, I may change my mind at the last minute and decide to do something different, but I'll burn that particular bridge when I come to it.
What this means for the blog is twofold: First, the shortened reviews will continue throughout the month to free up time for other things, and I'll be posting daily updates as much as I can. Probably not much more than word counts, but it'll be a way of keeping myself honest.
See you all on the other side. Hopefully, I'll come out with something worth the trip.
